Because my background includes experiences leading business operations, I’m able to effectively coach business leaders from Sr. Executives to Front Line Supervisors. The key to leadership coaching is a Stakeholder Centered focus that moves coaching from the leader's office into their work environment. Stakeholder Centered Coaching provides relevant insights for enhancing a leader's effectiveness with measurable and observable results.

Team Development/Coaching:

Similar to leadership coaching, team coaching includes a strong emphasis on action implementation and follow-through to create more effective behaviors and habits. Team development only has real value when that development is sustained, recognized and acknowledged by stakeholders in the workplace.
